Del Lago Estates is an upscale community of homes located on the western edge of Lake Conroe in Mongomery, Texas. Founded in the 1980s, Del Lago Estates is a gated community of both waterfront and water view homes, with easy access to all the amenities that Lake Conroe has to offer.
The Del Lago Estates Board of Directors manages the affairs of the Property Owners Association by three directors, with the assistance of a professional management company (see AMP tab). Del Lago Estates POA Annual meetings are conducted once each year per the current Bylaws of the POA.
The POA Board also provides required notice to POA Members regarding regularly scheduled meetings to conduct the business of the POA.
